Phone Compatability Questions

Does ___ support NFC?

NFC functionality can vary between different models and generations of devices. For the most accurate information, please refer to the official documentation or specifications for your phone, tablet or smart devices to confirm NFC support.


What should I do if tapping doesn't work on my phone?

You can scan the QR code on the front side of the card to display the same info as the tapping feature.


Do I need to install an app for the card to work?

No, you do not need an app for the card to work. The card comes preloaded with the information you need to choose.


Can the card still be used if someone's phone doesn't support/have NFC?

The tapping feature will not work, but the QR code will be compatible with most devices that have cameras with QR code readers.


Does NFC work if the phone has a thick case on it?

As long your phone is compatable with NFC and the encoder is correct for that device type the tapping feature will work. The QR code on the front can be used as a back up incase of any compatability issues.

Order Questions

How many cards can I order at once?

Currently our website only allows for the order of a single card at a time to make the user experience as clean as possible, we ask you to contact us for bulk orders of Tapable cards. Find more info on bulk orders here!


Can I order multiple cards with different designs and information?

Yes! You can absolutely order multiple Tapable cards with different information. Since each card requires unique customization, we ask you to put through a unique order or contact us through our email.


Is there a discount for bulk orders?

Please contact us for bulk orders and information relating to discounts. Find more info on bulk orders here!


How long does shipping take?

Our Tapable cards are shipped through untracked mail in order to reduce environmental impact, shipping cannot currently be estimated and will be dependant on current mail service times.


Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, through untracked mail.


Can I track my order once it's shipped?

Unfortunately not as we use untracked mail to ship our orders so that we can reduce environmental impact and reduce customer cost.


What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the nature of our customized products, all sales will be final.


What is your replacement policy?

Replacement will only occur in extraordinary cases, please contact us. (ie. Destruction in Shipping, Act of God)


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified before a product is mailed out, please contact us.

Design Questions

Can I put my school or company logo on the card?

Due to trademark policies, please contact us for orders that require institution/company logos.


Can I upload my own custom design instead of using your templates?

Please contact us for custom design.


What file formats do you accept for custom logos?

pdf, png, jpeg, svg, avif. Other widely recognized photo formats may work, please contact us.


Can I choose different finishes (matte, glossy, etc.)?

Unfortunately, you can not. Currently we do not have the machinery required to produce these types of finishes.


Do you offer double-sided printing?

We offer double-sided printing, however, we require that the Tapable logo, Tapable website link, and Tapable QR code are all present on the design and in a legible format.


Can I preview my design before finalizing the order?

For simple orders unfortunately preview of design is not currently available, for custom order contact us and we will accomodate your needs.


Is there an extra charge for custom logos or graphics?

Yes, please contact us.


Can I rewrite the card?

Unfortunately, rewriting of the card is not possible.
